LJNDI Official Policy Update – Strategic Repositioning and Discontinuation of LGBTQIA-Focused Projects

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026
Issuing Entity: Lerion Jake Nwauda Digital Innovations (LJNDI)

Lerion Jake Nwauda Digital Innovations (LJNDI) hereby issues this formal internal and external policy update, effective January 1st, 2026. This communication sets out, in clear terms, the company’s decision to strategically reposition its core focus, permanently discontinue all LGBTQIA-focused initiatives under the LJNDI umbrella, and define the rights of our team members regarding project involvement going forward.

This policy is binding across all LJNDI units, departments, and subsidiaries, and applies to both existing and future engagements with clients, partners, and third parties. It is intended to provide a transparent, written record of the company’s current direction so that there is no ambiguity about what work we will continue, what work we are exiting, and how we will treat our team members and clients in the process.

1. Background and Strategic Repositioning

Over the past few years, LJNDI has engaged in a wide range of digital projects and initiatives, including platforms, applications, and services that served or were designed for LGBTQIA communities. During this period, the company has also grown in scope, experimented with different product families, and refined its long-term vision for the type of solutions it wants to be known for.

As the organization matured, leadership undertook an internal strategic review. This review considered:

  • Market positioning and how our brand is perceived by different stakeholders;
  • Operational capacity and the need to focus on fewer, higher-impact product lines;
  • The personal beliefs and conscience rights of our wider team;
  • The long-term governance structure we want to maintain as a growing organization.

Following this review, LJNDI resolved to streamline its portfolio and concentrate its time, energy, and infrastructure on a more focused set of solutions. As part of this repositioning, the company will no longer maintain or expand projects that are explicitly LGBTQIA-focused under the LJNDI brand. Instead, the organization will concentrate on broader EdTech, productivity, SaaS, and infrastructure-based solutions that align with the updated roadmap and governance framework.

Importantly, this decision is not a license for discrimination, harassment, or hostility toward any individual or group. LJNDI remains committed to treating all people with dignity and respect in all professional interactions. The change being announced here is strictly about the categories of products and initiatives that the company will continue to build and maintain under its own brand going forward.

2. The Twinngle Initiative and Affected Projects

One of the key areas affected by this strategic repositioning is the broader ecosystem of projects grouped under what has been internally referred to as the “Twinngle initiative.” Over time, this initiative included multiple platforms and concepts intended to support or protect queer users, build community, and experiment with safety technologies in that context.

The Twinngle initiative has, at various points, included (among others) projects such as:

  • Twinngle – a social and dating oriented initiative.
  • KlickCircle – a social/community platform concept with safety tools for queer users.
  • KitoExpose – a platform focused on collecting reports and content related to “kito” cases, with the goal of using data to improve safety and detection.
  • KitoDeck AI / KlickDeck AI – an AI-driven safety and risk assessment concept for analyzing chats and behavior patterns.
  • Other experimental or pilot tools built primarily for queer-focused protection or community use under the Twinngle umbrella.

All such projects, whether currently active, paused, or under development, fall within the scope of this policy change if they are primarily defined, branded, or positioned as LGBTQIA-focused initiatives.

As a result of this update:

  • The Twinngle initiative, as a queer-focused program, is being phased out and discontinued under LJNDI.
  • Platforms such as KlickCircle (in its queer-focused framing), KitoExpose, KitoDeck AI / KlickDeck AI, Twinngle Dating, and related experiments will no longer be developed or expanded under the LJNDI brand.
  • Any future use, transfer, or acquisition of their underlying intellectual property will follow a separate, formal process (see Section 6 below).

By contrast, some of LJNDI’s other products and concepts have never been part of the Twinngle initiative and are not affected by this discontinuation. Examples of such unaffected products include:

  • PrymeStudy – a digital campus and EdTech platform.
  • SkillRelay – a micro-learning and skills marketplace concept.
  • EduStudy – a campus / education technology initiative.
  • Leemart – a multi-tenant e-commerce and store-builder solution.
  • ArticleFly – a content, article and SEO-focused solution.

These non-Twinngle products are part of LJNDI’s broader technology and SaaS strategy, and are not being discontinued by virtue of this policy. They continue to form part of the company’s long-term roadmap, subject to their own product decisions and normal business considerations.

3. Permanent Discontinuation of LGBTQIA-Focused Projects

Effective January 1st, 2026, LJNDI will permanently discontinue all projects, products, platforms, and services that are:

  • Specifically designed for LGBTQIA audiences; or
  • Primarily branded, positioned, or marketed as LGBTQIA-focused initiatives.

This discontinuation covers both fully launched products and experimental pilots that have not yet been publicly released but were conceptualized for queer-centric use. No new LGBTQIA-focused projects will be accepted, onboarded, or initiated under LJNDI after the effective date of this policy. Requests, proposals, or partnership offers that fall into this category will be formally declined with clear, professional communication.

For the avoidance of doubt: this is a permanent policy decision and not a temporary suspension or pause. If, in the future, any entity wishes to work with the underlying IP of these discontinued projects, such engagement will happen only through a structured transfer or acquisition process, not as an LJNDI-branded initiative.

4. Staff Rights and Project Participation

With immediate effect, and continuing under this policy framework, all LJNDI team members are granted the explicit right to decline participation in any project – whether internal or client-based – that conflicts with their:

  • Personal beliefs;
  • Ethical standards; or
  • Religious convictions.

The company will not compel any staff member to engage in work that directly contradicts their conscience or stated values. Where such a conflict arises, the affected team member may:

  • Formally notify their line manager or project lead of the conflict; and
  • Request reassignment to another project or responsibility, subject to operational capacity.

Management is expected to treat such requests seriously and handle them professionally, without retaliation or punitive measures. LJNDI’s goal is to maintain a work environment where staff are able to contribute effectively without being forced into engagements that violate their conscience.

This clause applies broadly and is not limited only to LGBTQIA-focused work. It covers any project that a staff member reasonably believes is in conflict with their personal, ethical, or religious beliefs. At the same time, staff are expected to raise such concerns in good faith and in a timely, respectful manner, so that the company can adjust project allocations in a structured way.

5. Status of Existing LGBTQIA-Focused Products and Services

All existing LGBTQIA-focused products and services under LJNDI are now considered discontinued. In practical terms, this means:

  • No new feature development will be carried out on these products.
  • Technical support or maintenance will be limited to short wind-down periods where legally or contractually required.
  • No marketing, promotional, or brand expansion activities will be conducted by LJNDI around these products.

Where contractual obligations still exist, LJNDI will handle each case in line with the relevant agreement, with the aim of:

  • Honouring lawful contract terms; and
  • Providing clear options for transition, migration, or handover where necessary.

Direct communication will be sent to all clients whose projects fall under this category, setting out realistic timelines, next steps, and any support options that may be available during the transition phase. Clients will not be left without notice; however, they should be aware that LJNDI will no longer be the long-term home for those specific project lines.

6. Intellectual Property (IP) and Potential Acquisition by Third Parties

As part of this strategic repositioning, the intellectual property associated with discontinued LGBTQIA-focused products may be made available for acquisition by qualified third parties. This may include, where applicable:

  • Source code and technical architecture;
  • Brand names, design systems, UI layouts, and visual assets (where legally transferable);
  • Documentation, workflow logic, and non-personal, non-sensitive structural data.

Any such acquisition will be conducted under strict legal and compliance review. LJNDI will:

  • Ensure that no personally identifiable information (PII) or confidential client data is transferred as “assets”.
  • Respect existing privacy commitments and applicable data protection laws.
  • Require appropriate legal agreements before any code, brand, or rights are assigned to another entity.

Interested individuals, organizations, or institutions will be able to submit formal expressions of interest once the acquisition window and process are publicly announced. Details of any such process will be:

  • Published on the LJNDI official website; and
  • Communicated directly to any existing stakeholders who may be affected.

7. Communication With Clients, Stakeholders, and the Public

To ensure that this policy update is communicated clearly and transparently:

  • A high-level summary of this decision, along with key FAQs, will be published on our official website on January 1st, 2026.
  • Email notifications outlining the implications of this policy will be sent to affected clients and stakeholders using their registered contact details.
  • Internal guidance will be provided to all team members so that enquiries received from clients or partners are handled in a consistent and professional manner.

All official information regarding this policy will be released only through LJNDI’s verified communication channels (e.g., official website, company email addresses, and formally issued documents). Stakeholders are strongly advised to rely on these channels rather than rumours, assumptions, or unofficial commentary.

8. Respect, Non-Discrimination and Workplace Conduct

While LJNDI is withdrawing from LGBTQIA-focused project work as a business decision, this policy must not be misinterpreted as a license for hostility, mockery, or disrespect toward LGBTQIA individuals or any other group. The company’s expectations for professional conduct remain unchanged and are to be taken seriously:

  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted insults against any individual or group are not tolerated.
  • Team members must continue to interact with colleagues, clients, and partners in a respectful, professional manner at all times.
  • Disagreements over beliefs or values must be handled calmly, within company guidelines, and without personal attacks.

LJNDI’s leadership understands that people have different convictions and perspectives. This policy is narrowly focused on which projects are pursued under the company’s brand. It is not a mandate to mistreat or devalue any human being.

9. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to:

  • All products, projects, and services operating under the LJNDI name or any of its active brands and sub-brands;
  • All employees, contractors, interns, and third-party collaborators engaged under LJNDI-managed projects;
  • All new proposals or initiatives brought to LJNDI after the effective date.

Where there is any conflict between this policy and previous internal memos, past practices, or informal understandings, this document shall prevail from January 1st, 2026 onward.

10. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. Does this policy mean LJNDI is stopping all LGBTQIA-focused projects?

Yes. LJNDI will no longer initiate, manage, or maintain projects whose core purpose or branding is LGBTQIA-focused. This change applies to project categories—not individuals—and reflects the company’s new strategic alignment.

Q2. Does this policy affect individuals who identify as LGBTQIA?

No. Individuals will continue to be treated with professionalism and respect. The policy only addresses which project categories LJNDI chooses to build under its brand moving forward.

Q3. What happens to platforms under the Twinngle Initiative such as KlickCircle, KitoExpose, KlikDeck AI, etc.?

All LGBTQIA-focused projects under the Twinngle umbrella—including KlickCircle, KitoExpose, KitoDeck AI and related experimental tools—are being phased out permanently. Affected clients will receive transition and wind-down instructions.

Q4. Are other LJNDI products like PrymeStudy, SkillRelay, EduStudy, Leemart or ArticleFly affected?

No. These platforms are not part of the Twinngle initiative and are unaffected by this policy. They will continue according to existing roadmaps and business decisions.

Q5. If a client submits a project related to LGBTQIA themes, will LJNDI still accept it?

Acceptance now depends on two factors: (1) whether the project falls within categories LJNDI chooses to develop, and (2) whether assigned team members are comfortable handling it. Projects that conflict with company direction or with the conscience rights of assigned staff may be declined.

Q6. Does the new conscience clause allow staff to decline any project at any time?

No. Team members may only decline work when there is a genuine ethical, religious, or personal belief conflict. It is not a general option to avoid tasks. Requests will be reviewed confidentially and professionally.

Q7. What happens if a team member declines a project for conscience reasons?

Management will evaluate reassignment options. If no suitable internal reassignment exists, the company may decline or redirect the project. Staff are not penalized for invoking valid conscience rights.

Q8. Will discontinued Twinngle products be open-sourced or made publicly available?

Not automatically. LJNDI will assess each asset individually. Some may remain internal, some may be retired, and others may be considered for controlled sale or licensing.

Q9. Can third parties purchase the intellectual property for Twinngle-based products?

Potentially, yes. LJNDI may open an acquisition window for qualified buyers. Any transfer will require compliance, legal screening, and strict data-privacy protections.

Q10. Does this policy change affect existing client contracts?

Existing contracts will be honored according to their terms. LJNDI will communicate next steps for any contract tied specifically to a discontinued initiative.

Q11. Will LJNDI still support queer clients using non-LGBTQIA-focused products?

Absolutely. Support remains available for all individuals using non-discontinued platforms. The policy concerns project categories, not customer identity.

Q12. Will LJNDI modify hiring policies based on identity or orientation?

No. Hiring remains merit-based and anti-discriminatory. The update only affects which project categories the company chooses to build or decline.

Q13. What happens to user data from discontinued queer-focused platforms?

All data will be handled under strict privacy law compliance. User data will never be sold or transferred as “assets.” Secure deletion or anonymization processes will be followed.

Q14. Can external partners request customization of discontinued platforms?

No. Custom development tied to LGBTQIA-focused themes will not continue under LJNDI. Only potential IP acquisition (if announced) may allow third parties to take over development externally.

Q15. How will clients be notified about changes to their project?

Email notifications will be sent to all affected clients, alongside detailed instructions and timelines published on LJNDI’s official website.

Q16. What is the timeline for full discontinuation of Twinngle initiative products?

The discontinuation becomes effective January 1st, 2026, followed by a structured wind-down process communicated to each client.

Q17. Will LJNDI provide migration assistance for clients leaving discontinued platforms?

Yes. Where possible, LJNDI will provide guidance or optional migration support to help clients transition to new systems or external vendors.

Q18. Can clients still request general websites or software unrelated to LGBTQIA themes?

Yes. All non-restricted project categories will continue normally. This policy affects only LGBTQIA-focused categories.

Q19. Does this policy change LJNDI’s commitment to professional conduct?

No. All clients—regardless of identity—will receive respectful, professional service. The policy concerns project scope, not interpersonal treatment.

Q20. Where can clients or staff ask additional questions?

All enquiries should be directed through LJNDI’s official communication channels. Depending on the topic, questions may be forwarded to Leadership, Legal & Compliance, Human Resources, or Client Success.
